Paul Pedroncelli

Paul Pedronchelli brings private equity accounting experience to Venture Capricorn, most recently serving as Senior Accountant with CenterGate Capital, a well-established Austin, Texas private equity group.

Prior to CenterGate, Paul served as Controller at CTX, where he managed an accounting staff and oversaw the firm's accounting operations. His expertise spans payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, and annual audits, along with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and a wide range of ad-hoc financial reporting.

Paul is completing his CPA designation, with certification expected in August 2026.
