In 1995 Rohac started his Business Brokerage practice and has since facilitated hundreds of successful business sales. Rick has taken great pride in working with driven entrepreneurs. Rohac has expertise in selling businesses in many climates: Partnership Dissolution, Retirement, “thrill is gone”, Divorce, Failing business, etc. Rick usually works with the Sell – Side but also has successful experience working the Buy – Side. Rohac has never had a web-site or any direct marketing effort. All work has been done from referrals and with the utmost confidentiality.

Rick is a graduate (Cum Laude) of West Virginia University where he double majored in Marketing and Management. Rohac is an avid golfer (2 holes in one ) and tennis player.
Proudly, Rick is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Westmoreland County. Court Appointed Special Advocate® (CASA) volunteers advocate on behalf of children who have experienced abuse or neglect. CASA volunteers are appointed by Judges, after extensive vetting and training, to advocate for children’s best interests.
